Pickup Policy

At Baked Beauties Sydney, all of our cakes and custom treats are made to order. Please read the information below carefully to ensure a smooth and stress-free pickup experience.


Pickup Only

All orders are pickup only from Woolooware in Sydney.
We do not offer shipping or delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you will be collecting your order in person on the agreed date.


Pickup Location

Orders are collected from our Sydney pickup location.
Full pickup details, including the address and pickup instructions, will be provided once your order has been confirmed.


Pickup Date & Time

Pickup takes place on the date selected at checkout or confirmed via enquiry.
Pickup Times:
Wednesday to Friday 
12:30–1:00pm
Saturday and Sunday

8:00–8:30am
(Special event orders may vary slightly.)

Please arrive within your allocated pickup window. This helps us manage production schedules and ensures all orders are handled safely.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Late Pickups & Uncollected Orders

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

- Orders not collected on the agreed date may not be able to be remade or refunded.
- We cannot guarantee the quality or condition of cakes collected late.
- Uncollected orders may be discarded at our discretion.


Changes & Cancellations

As all cakes are made to order:

- Changes or cancellations must be requested with sufficient notice.
- Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible.
- Refunds are not available for change-of-mind or late cancellations.


If you need to make a change, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to assist.


Collection Responsibility

Once an order has been collected, responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer.

As the cakes are buttercream they will be refrigerated until they are collected. They will need to go back into the refrigerator until 1-2hrs before serving (depending on weather). Please ensure:

- Safe transport of your cake.
- The cake is kept flat and secure during transit.
- Appropriate storage conditions are followed after pickup.

We are unable to take responsibility for damage once the order has left our premises.

Do you offer delivery?

At this stage, all orders are pickup only from our Woolooware, Sydney location.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free options are available across a range of flavours. If you have specific questions, just let me know.

Can I make changes after ordering?

Small changes may be possible depending on timing. Please reach out as soon as you can and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
