A few helpful details to make ordering simple and stress-free.

How do I place an order?

Most orders can be placed directly through the website. Each product page includes available sizes, flavours, colours and add-ons so you can customise your order as you go.

If you’re unsure which option is right for you, feel free to get in touch before ordering.

How much notice do you need?

Signature cakes: Minimum 3 weeks’ notice
Everyday range: Minimum 10 days’ notice

Availability is limited each week, so placing your order early is always recommended.

What days are you available for pickup?

Pickup is available Wednesday to Sunday.

Pickup Times:
Wednesday to Friday 
12:30–1:00pm
Saturday and Sunday

8:00–8:30am

Is there a limit to how many cakes you take per week?

Yes. To ensure quality and attention to detail, weekly orders are capped.

Custom cakes are limited during the week, with a slightly higher capacity on weekends.

If a date is unavailable, it will be reflected on the website.

Can I customise colours, flavours and add-ons?

Yes. Most cakes can be customised with your choice of size, flavour, colours and optional extras.

Available options are listed on each product page.

If you’re after something specific and don’t see it listed, feel free to reach out.

How do the colour selections work?

You’ll be able to choose your preferred colour shades directly from the colour chart on the product page.

This helps ensure we’re aligned on the overall look and feel of your cake.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. We offer vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free options across a range of flavours.

Please note that while every care is taken, all products are made in a kitchen that handles allergens.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Small changes may be possible depending on timing and availability.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an update, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can I cancel my order?

As all cakes are made to order, cancellations are subject to notice periods.

Details around cancellations will be shared at the time of ordering.

Do you make custom designs?

Yes. Custom cakes are available and can be ordered through the website.
