Baked Beauties Sydney began in 2017 after friends fell in love with a birthday cake made for Emily’s daughter. What started as a simple moment of celebration quickly grew into something more.
Originally a florist for over 15 years, Emily has always been drawn to creativity, thoughtful design, and making everyday moments feel a little special. Today, as a mum of three, she bakes from her home kitchen in Sydney, creating custom cakes and desserts for celebrations of all sizes.
Emily’s love for baking began under the guidance of her Nanna, whose recipes, techniques, and warmth continue to influence her work. That early inspiration still shows up in every cake, from the way flavours are balanced to the care taken with each detail.
